The Dashboard and Reports sections in MotionOps give users a quick way to monitor business performance, track important metrics, and review company data in real time. Accessing the Dashboard
To open the Dashboard:
Look at the top middle toolbar in MotionOps
Click the Dashboard button located toward the top left section of the toolbar
Once opened, the Dashboard provides an overview of important business metrics and activity.
What You Can View on the Dashboard
The Dashboard displays different performance metrics and business insights, including:
Lead sources
Proposal activity
Pending proposals
Accepted proposals
Sales numbers
Appointment activity
Revenue tracking
Other business performance data
The Dashboard is designed to give users a quick snapshot of what is currently happening across the business without needing to open individual accounts or reports.

On the same top middle toolbar, to the right of the Dashboard section, users can select Reports.
The Reports section allows users to generate more detailed reporting and analytics for different areas of the business.
