If you have been using MotionOps as your primary tool, and need to send historical data to your QuickBooks Online account, we've got you covered.
Send Old Data to QuickBooks Online
Navigate to Business Settings, and choose QuickBooks under the Integrations tab from the left-hand side. In the Sync Settings, you will have the option to Sync Historical Data to QuickBooks Online.
You can select which specific entity types to include in this sync:
Accounts (Clients)
Customers only
Both Customers and Leads
PriceBook Items (Products & Services)
Invoices
Optionally, you can send Transactions as well
You should select a date from which you want to include these items to send to QuickBooks Online. We're looking at the created date here, have that in mind when choosing a date back in time.
In case you select Invoices only, and some of the accounts are not already synced with QuickBooks Online clients, MotionOps will automatically create those clients in QuickBooks Online. You can't have Invoices without Clients in QuickBooks.
Track the progress of your sync in the Sync Log and resolve any potential issues.
