Overview

MotionOps simplifies tracking and managing Materials through its app, making it both efficient and user-friendly.

This feature helps you stay organized by keeping real-time records of materials used, ensuring accurate markup calculations for cost-plus projects, and streamlining bookkeeping processes.

With MotionOps, you can easily monitor your inventory and financials, saving time and reducing errors.

Adding Materials to a Work Order:

  1. Open the Work Order in the app where you want to add Materials.

  2. Tap on Materials at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select the green + button in the bottom right corner.

  4. Choose the type of entry: Purchase, Return, Tool, or Rental.

  5. Upload a photo of the receipt for the entry.

  6. Add a description of the item, adjust the date if needed, select the purchase method, and input the purchase cost.

  7. Tap Add in the top right corner to include the receipt.

The receipt will then appear in the Work Order details when accessed on the web app.
