Only Business Admins, or users with correct permissions, are able to perform these actions. We recommend that Business Owners perform the initial connection of the QuickBooks Online and MotionOps platforms.
Follow these steps:
Navigate to Business Settings by clicking on the cogwheel icon in the top right corner.
Click on the button Connect with QuickBooks, and authorize access in a separate tab.
Set your default Chart of Accounts settings.
Import your clients, products & services, and taxes from QuickBooks Online.
Update your Sync Settings and you're good to go.
