Getting Started with the App
When you first open the app, you’ll be greeted by your schedule. From here, you can:
Select a Job:
Click on your first or next scheduled job to bring up the job details. This screen provides vital information, including customer details, contact information, and options to take photos or conduct a full Walkthrough of the job.
Clock In:
At the top of the Job details screen, you’ll see a clock displaying 00:00. To the right, there’s a green Start button to clock in.
Start a Walkthrough:
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find a green Start Walkthrough button. While not mandatory, it’s recommended for a thorough job overview with the customer.
The first page of the walkthrough allows you to take and upload before photos, create and collect signatures for waivers, enter internal notes, and view attachments.
Review and Collect Signatures:
After completing the initial walkthrough page, press Review Preview at the bottom to proceed.
On the next screen, you can view the proposal. If you haven’t already collected a signature on the invoice, do so here by selecting Collect Signature at the bottom.
You can collect the signature in person or upload proof of approval (like a screenshot of a message or email).
After collecting the signature, press Sign Service Agreement to move to the next screen where you can collect a signature for the agreement if needed.
Finalizing the Walkthrough:
Managing Proposals and Work Orders
View Proposal:
After completing the Walkthrough, you’ll see a View Proposal button. Here, you can review the current Proposal and, if necessary, initiate a Change Order.
If you select Change Order, you’ll follow a similar process to the web version, allowing you to adjust the initial Proposal and collect signatures on-site.
Manage Work Order:
Selecting Manage Work Order brings up a detailed page with four options at the bottom: Timesheets, Materials, Details, and Invoices.
Timesheets: View all logged timesheets for clocked-in and clocked-out times.
Materials: Upload receipts and details of material costs to keep track of expenses. Simply press the green + button on the bottom right, fill in the information, and save.
Details: This tab shows all the information related to the work order.
Invoices: Keep track of invoices and create new ones. You can also collect payment information and process payments directly from the app.
