Overview
Our platform offers multiple opportunities to collect customer signatures through digital paperwork, both on the web and mobile apps.
You can easily gather signatures for Proposals, Change Orders, Agreements, and Invoices.
For mobile app users, additional options include Waivers (refer to the mobile app folder for more details).
Getting Started
To begin, navigate to the Agreements section in your Business Settings:
Access Business Settings: Click on the gear icon located at the top right of your screen.
Select "Service Agreements":
In this section, you can view your current uploaded service agreements, including a few sample agreements provided by us for your convenience.
Adding a New Agreement
Click "Add Agreement": This green button is on the right side of the screen.
Paste Your Agreement: Copy and paste your agreement into the designated field.
Choose Signature Options: Decide whether the customer alone or both the customer and employee need to sign the agreement.
Save or Preview: Once you’re done, you can either save or preview your agreement using the buttons at the bottom right.
Attaching Agreements to Proposals
At the top of the screen, you can select which agreement you want to attach to each Proposal type. Once set, this agreement will automatically be included with every Proposal you create.
When in the Proposal preview screen, you have the option to:
Include the Service Agreement: Choose to include the service agreement for your customer’s signature.
Sign Before Sending: You can even sign the agreement yourself before sending it to the customer, all within the proposal preview screen.
Collecting Signatures on Change Orders and Invoices
Change Orders: When creating and sending a Change Order, you can collect the customer’s signature via the web to confirm their approval.
Invoices: For Invoices sent out, especially those paid online, you can require the customer to sign off before they make a payment.
This ensures a clear paper trail, making it easier to address any customer questions or disputes.
