Uploading and managing Service Agreements or contracts in MotionOps is crucial for maintaining clear, professional documentation and ensuring all parties are on the same page. By integrating these agreements into your Proposals, you streamline the process of capturing customer consent and ensuring compliance with your company's terms and conditions.


Uploading and managing Service Agreements

  1. Access Service Agreements:

    • Click on the circle in the top right corner of the screen.

    • From the drop-down menu, select "Business Settings". Or, select the gear button on the top right.

  2. Navigate to Service Agreements:

    • On the left-hand side, select "Service Agreements", which is the fifth option on the list.

  3. Add or Edit Agreements:

    • To use existing agreements, select one from the list. You can modify the wording to fit your company's needs.

    • To add a new agreement, click the green "Add Agreement" button on the right side of the screen.

    • Enter a Name for the agreement at the top.

    • Choose whether you want the agreement to be signed by both team members and customers or just by the customer.

    • In the HTML Text Editor, paste your agreement text.

    • Click the green "Save" button when you're done.

  4. Attach Agreements to Proposals:

    • Once back on the Service Agreements page, select which agreement you would like to attach to different types of proposals.
