Overview
Customizing templates in MotionOps is essential for ensuring consistency, professionalism, and efficiency across all your business documents. By setting up your Proposal, Change Order, and Invoice templates in advance, you save time and reduce the likelihood of errors when creating these forms for customers.
This customization allows you to align your documents with your brand and operational needs, making each interaction with your customers smoother and more tailored to your specific requirements.
How to do it?
Press Business Settings on the top right.
About halfway down the list on the left, select Templates. Under this, you'll find Proposal Template, Change Order Template, and Invoice Template. Start by selecting one of them.
Scroll through the list of options. On the right side, you'll see settings that you can choose to enable or disable.
Once you’ve configured the template to your liking, press Save on the bottom right.
Repeat the process for the other two templates.
Additionally, if needed, you can manually adjust each Proposal, Change Order, or Invoice individually per customer.
