Overview
Creating a Blended Proposal in MotionOps is as straightforward as any other proposal type. The Blended Proposal option is designed to keep your proposal clean and organized, allowing you to combine labor and material costs in one section.
This streamlined approach not only makes your proposals easier to read but will also help with accurate job costing and tracking real-time revenue once this feature becomes available.
Let's get started
Create a New Proposal from either the work order screen or directly from the customer’s Account.
Fill out the top information as needed, following the guidelines mentioned in the other article on Proposals.
Once you've entered all the necessary details, scroll down to see the four different proposal types. Select "Blended", which is located on the far right.
You'll notice that instead of two separate sections for labor and materials, the blended proposal offers a single section for each line item.
Here, you can input both labor and material costs together before moving on to the next line item.
